Collection of Personal Information
URANIUM may ask to provide personal information, such as e-mail address, name, work address, or telephone number. We may also collect demographic information, such as ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites.
URANIUM may collect additional information about interaction with the site and services without identifying users as an individual. For example, we receive certain standard information that the browser sends to every website you visit, such as IP address, browser type, language, access times and referring Web site addresses.
URANIUM may use technologies, such as cookies and web beacons, to collect information about the accessed pages, the links clicked and other actions user take on our site.
When users receive newsletters or promotional e-mail from URANIUM, we may use web beacons, customized links or similar technologies to determine whether the e-mail has been opened and which links been click in order to provide users more focused e-mail communications or other information.
In order to offer users a more consistent and personalized experience in their interactions with URANIUM, information collected through one URANIUM site may be combined with information obtained through other sources. We may also supplement the information we collect with information obtained from other companies. For example, public social networks may be used to provide more information about our customer experiences and interests.
Use of Personal Information
URANIUM collects and uses personal information to operate and improve its site and services. These uses include providing customers with more effective customer service and more concentration on their valuable needs.
URANIUM also uses users’ personal information to communicate with them. We may send certain mandatory service communications such as welcome letters, billing reminders, information on technical service issues, and security announcements. We may also occasionally send product surveys or promotional mailings to inform them of other products or services available that we think that it will be useful for them.
Sharing of Personal Information
Except as described in this statement, we will not disclose any personal information outside of URANIUM without consent.
Some URANIUM services are co-branded by URANIUM and its Partners. If users register to or use such a service, both URANIUM’s privacy statement and the partner’s privacy statement may be displayed. If so, both URANIUM and the partner will receive information provided such as on registration forms.
URANIUM occasionally hires other companies (vendor) to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings, call center or performing statistical analysis of our services. Those service providers will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose than for delivering the service to URANIUM in accordance with URANIUM’s instructions and policies.
Accessing Personal Information
Some URANIUM services give you the ability to view or edit your personal information online. To help prevent the personal information from being viewed by others, information authorized persons first will be required to sign in. The method(s) for accessing the personal information will depend on which services user has used.
Communication Preferences
Users can stop the delivery of future promotional e-mail from URANIUM services by following the specific instructions in the e-mail you receive.
Security of Personal Information
URANIUM is committed to protecting the security of the personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. If a password is used to help protect your accounts and personal information, it is the user responsibility to keep the password confidential. He should not share this information with anyone. If he are sharing a computer with anyone he should always log out before leaving a site or service to protect access to information from subsequent users.
Use of Cookies
URANIUM site may use "cookies," which are small text files placed on your hard disk by a Web server. Cookies contain information that can later be read by a Web server in the domain that issued the cookie.
One of the primary purposes of cookies is to store the user’s preferences and other information on the user’s computer in order to save the time by eliminating the need to repeatedly enter the same information and to display the personalized content and targeted advertising on later visits to these sites.
When user sign in to a site using his URANIUM account, we store his unique ID number, and the time he signed in, in an encrypted cookie on his hard disk. This cookie allows him to move from page to page at the site without having to sign in again on each page. When he sign out, these cookies are deleted from his computer. We also use cookies to improve the sign in experience. For example, user’s e-mail address may be stored in a cookie that will remain on his computer after he signs out. This cookie allows his e-mail address to be pre-populated, so that you will only need to type your password the next time he signs in. If he is using a public computer or is not otherwise want this information to be stored, he can select the appropriate radio button on the sign-in page, and this cookie will not be used.
You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but user can usually modify the browser setting to decline cookies if he prefer. If he chooses to decline cookies, he may not be able to sign in or use other interactive features of URANIUM site and services that depend on cookies.
If he chooses to accept cookies, he also have the ability to later delete cookies that he have accepted. For example, in Internet Explorer 8, user can delete cookies by selecting “Tools”, “Delete browsing history”. Then select the control box “Cookies" and click the “Delete” button. If he chooses to delete cookies, any settings and preferences controlled by those cookies, including advertising preferences, will be deleted and may need to be recreated.
Use of Web Beacons
URANIUM Web pages may contain electronic images known as Web beacons - sometimes called single-pixel gifs - that may be used to assist in delivering cookies on our sites and allow us to count users who have visited those pages and to deliver co-branded services. We may include Web beacons in promotional e-mail messages or our newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.
Corporates Related Information
URANIUM is committed to treat all customers’ corporates information as strictly confidential and applies the same controls to protect its customer data whither this data is considered as confidential or not from the customer point of view.
URANIUM Login to the Customer Systems
URANIUM maintains a login to its customer to be used in delivering various services when required and as per the customer request, this logins are protected with all means of security and controls and only authorized URANIUM staff designated to provide the service to the customer will be able to get this logins, also the logins are being changed periodically.
URANIUM customer logins are maintained by URANIUM only even the customer management will not have the login passwords.
URANIUM confidentiality Agreement
However URANIUM is committed with this privacy statement whenever and wherever dealing with any kind of data or information regarding customer’s corporates or customer’s personnel, URANIUM is including a legal clause in all contracted customer agreement that highlights this privacy statement and to be direct legal reference for a certain customer claim.

We will occasionally update this privacy statement to reflect changes in our services and customer feedback. When we post changes to this Statement, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this statement. If there are changes to this statement or in how URANIUM will use the information, we will notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes prior to implementing the change or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to periodically review this statement to be informed of how URANIUM is protecting your information.
